Terms and Conditions – The Social Gathering Company

 

1. Overview

 

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all bookings and interactions made with The Social Gathering Company ("we", "us", "our") including any interactions with us and any affiliated members or other participants. By booking an event, you ("you", "the participant", "the customer") agree to be bound by these Terms.

 

2. Bookings

 

All bookings must be made via our official website or booking partners.

 

A deposit is required to secure your place. Some events may require full payment

 

Full payment must be received by the date specified on the event details

 

3. Cancellations and Refunds

All sales are final; there are no refunds, cancellations or credits.

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid in full by the specified due date. If the balance is not received by this date, your booking will be cancelled and any deposit already paid will be forfeited.

Tickets may only be transferred to a future event in exceptional circumstances

 

If we cancel an event, a full refund or transfer will be offered.

 

4. Transfers and Substitutions

 

You may transfer your booking to another person up to 7 days before the event. Please contact us to arrange.

 

5. Code of Conduct

 

Participants must behave respectfully toward others.

 

We reserve the right to remove any individual from an event without refund due to disruptive or unsafe behavior.

 

Ask before hugging, DMs, respect peoples boundaries. Don’t be a dick

 

6. Health and Safety

 

Some events may involve physical activity or immersive elements. Please let us know about any medical conditions or accessibility needs in advance.

 

You participate at your own risk.

7. Photography and Media

 

Photos and videos may be taken during the event and used for promotional purposes.

 

Please inform us in writing if you do not wish to appear in any media.

 

8. Liability

 

We are not responsible for loss, damage, or injury unless caused by our negligence.

 

Personal belongings are the responsibility of the participant.

 

9. Event Changes

 

We reserve the right to alter the content, timing, or location of an event due to unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you as soon as possible.

 

10. Data Protection

 

Your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and not shared with third parties without consent.

 

11. Governing Law

 

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
