At The Social Gathering Company, we only collect the essentials: your email address and phone number when you book a ticket or sign up for updates. That’s it. We use this information solely to communicate with you about your booking or upcoming events. We never sell, share, or use your data for anything sneaky. No spam. No third-party nonsense.

If you ever want to know what we’ve got on file (spoiler: it’s not much), or you’d like us to delete it, just drop us a line. We’ll sort it swiftly.
Accessibility Statement
We believe immersive weekends should be for everyone—and we’re committed to making our events as inclusive as possible within the limits of our venues.

Events like The Gathering Traitors take place at locations such as YHA National Forest, which may have some physical access limitations. We’ll do everything we can to support guests with accessibility needs, but we ask that you let us know any relevant information at the time of booking so we can plan accordingly.

We look to offer Complimentary Personal Assistant tickets where possible for guests who require additional support to enjoy the weekend. These tickets may be limited due to venue capacity and facilities. They may not be available for every event due to venue and game setup, so please check the event FAQ for the specific event.
Accessible rooms will be available but may be limited, so please book early and communicate clearly.
